72 hours changed me

My first big interactive design project was the touch-screen user interface for the kiosk at the World Watch & Clock Fair in Basel, Switzerland. In order for the team and I to deliver on the opening of this renowned international event, we worked 72 consecutive hours.

I had never worked that hard before. It took me days to return to normalcy. I had undergone a transformation from revealing to myself how much I wanted to succeed. This internal frontier I had newly discovered gave me the confidence to envisage a career in interactive design.
